#HMB 260 - Midterm Madness & Chasing Dumb Dreams
The Midterm 2018 elections came and went…uh…are still coming, everywhere, all over everything so watch your eyes. The D team took control back of the House of Representatives. Nancy Pelosi promised a tone down of the rhetoric when “they win” but so far, it’s as bad as ever. Florida, of course, unable to be normal for anything is in the news. Three of the elections were so close that they are in a recount. Matt Caldwell was declared the winner of the Agriculture Commissioner but has since been overtaken by Nikki Fried. Rob…Ron? Desantos? Him. He is the new Governor! Oh, uh, yea, that one is also probably headed to a recount. Of course, Rick Scott, who spent over 20 million dollars of his own money to get a job that pays $174,000 a year won his race with Bill “I’m not wearing a Halloween costume, that’s my face” Nelson. Except no, that one in is in a recount too and he’s suing Broward County over possible election fraud.
This isn’t the first time Dr. Brenda Snipes has had election drama. In May, a judge ruled she illegally destroyed ballots. Somehow, she still has her job. Of course, the D’s are just saying they want all the ballots counted, that’s it, nothing more to see here but you can’t blame the R’s for being suspicious of just finding all these ballots just laying around. It’s sketchy, that’s all I’m saying and if you don’t think so, you’re an ideologue, plain and simple. So we’ll see what happens, no matter what happens you can be sure that we will be the one’s to pay the price.

#HMB 257 - Making Online Dating Great Again
This week on the show we talk about a new dating service only for Donald Trump supporters to find love. In spite of what comedians tell you on Twitter, everyone deserves love, even those people who had the audacity to vote for the guy representing the other major party in America. The Buccaneers beat the Browns on Sunday and a new meme was born, make me famous, Internet! Elizabeth Warren took her DNA test thingy to prove she was a Native America and it turned out, she WAS! She’s 1/1,024th Native American! Only, DNA don’t prove Native American ancestry and that number is so small that it’s inconsequential. Most tribes you have to be at least 1/16th to be even considered as part of the tribe. What a total self own, good gosh. Donny is driving these people completely insane. He doesn’t give a crap about her and her heritage anyway, he was just goofing on her because he’s an asshole. Of course, there was an issue with him saying that he would donate 1 million dollars to her if she proved her Native American heritage and then he said he didn’t say that…he did. However, she didn’t prove her heritage, she’s 1/1,024 potentially, maybe, possibly since as we discussed those tests don’t prove heritage. So no, they lose again. Stop trying to keep up with this maniac, you’ll never get the edge on playing his game. The Opener is now going to be apart of the game as other teams adopted the strategy and the expectations of for the Rays were so low, they almost doubled their projected win total and nearly squeaked out that second Wild Card in a very competitive AL East. They would have won just about any other division in the MLB. Very impressive indeed, thanks for a great season, Rays!

#HMB 246 - Casita Creep, Trump in Tampa & Tinder Trollops
Tamp's Trump Suporters aren't a big fan of CNN's Jim Acosta.
Ah, yes, we're only a few years into the Trump Era and he's been campaigning for 2020 since he was sworn in. The Trump Tour hit the Tampa Fairgrounds last Tuesday. I headed over there to talk to some of these folks and was pretty disappointed by how normal everyone was for the most part. The Young Turks showed up and managed to find some lunatics and even they weren't that bad but they must have had to do a lot of digging because I didn't have that experience. The best part of the rally was the lady flipping of CNN's Jim Acosta and heckling the network reps during the rally. CNN and the President have been bumping heads since before the election. Jim went on after the Tampa Rally to ask Press Secretary Sarah Sanders if she would publicly say that the Press isn't the enemy of the People:
CNN stinks, and everyone knows it. It's the FOX News of the Left and they spend most of it's 24 hour news cycle shitting on Trump while FOX slurps on Trump's balls. It's so easy to find other sources for news in the age of the internet so don't be lazy and seek out some other sources because if you're on board with a network you're either an unhinged ideologue or a fool. They're just filling the market void for what ideologue's and idiots want to consume though so I can't hold it against them.
Anyway, this week on the pod we learn about some creep filming ladies in the bathroom at a popular restaurant in St. Pete, Tampa ICE protesters for from U-Locks around their necks to handcuffs after being arrested earlier last week and their tent city taken down. By the way, what do you do at a protest if you're locked to other people and you have to go to the bathroom? Do you just poo your pants? Also, we get into those interview from people I talked to at the Trump Rally and I learn what a "Sugar Baby" is from a woman I matched with on Bumble and it mostly hurts my feelings. Kanye West, can you believe it? He's a traitor to many of you now. Most of you hate his guts now. He's a pariah, or an Uncle Tom or even privileged. His crime of course was saying that he liked the president. No, not the president of Syria or North Korea or anything but the president of America- our president. This, of course is a sin. Many on the left side of the political spectrum view it as a sin because politics has become a religion for them. There is something in human nature that needs a higher power, something to believe it. They've shunned God and replaced it with the State. People on the right typically have their Jesus, so they don't have room for another deity in their heart. Make fun of them all you want, because it's fun, but it's way less detrimental than people who worship the State, because the State is real. I see this weird hypocrisy everywhere. The orange Cheeto we have as president now is a racist, sexist, everyhing-ist and they are literally begging to disarm the populace. They can't seem to fathom how that may be an issue against their main narrative. My friends walk around with Obama earnings, even now, and lament about the good ol' days with their good pal Barry in office. He's the dad they always wanted because either their dad sucks or went and got a pack of smokes 25 years ago and never came back home. Is there anything more off-putting than liking the president? Maybe wearing a new leather jacket but that's about it. Did you like your principal too back in high school? Yuck. I like that Kanye West came out for Trump because it's sending these dorks into a god dang tizzy. He's such a big star, probably the most famous person in the world (aside from Trump) and he totally bitch-slapped these parishioners with a few tweets. He's Martin Luther nailing the reformation directly to these plebes heads and they scorn him for it. Can you imagine having to apologize for saying something like, "Black people don't have to be democrats." Well, Chance The Rapper had to earlier this week. The civil war is here, it's being fought online and those of us who stand up for individuality, free speech and free thought just got a new General. May he lead us to salvation and vanquish our enemies...although, he will probably end up in the loony-bin.
